Continuous optimization and execution in the suppliers’ performance review, providing the efficient guideline in supplier base assessment. 2）Ensure purchasing process and material control process under systematic control together with the accuracy and timely review of purchasing system documents. Develop Procedures/Process/Documentation for purchasing function and continue improvement. 3）Lead China/Thai supply chain optimization compliance project in labor, EHS and Management system for risk identification and elimination, provide timely inputs for management’s decision.4）Partner with the global supply chain teams on the supply chain strategy including sales forecasting, sourcing model, risk analysis etc5） Establish solid relationship with internal functional teams like Quality and Operation, etc to carry over the resolution of material issue and secure customer order fill rate. 6）Inventory planning and control through coordination with operation, engineer to meet the goal set by Corp team, to improve turnover rate and fast flow. 7）Track new product phase-in to ensure the successful time to market strategy, by working with external suppliers to get the parts readiness and internal qualification result.
