Job Description:1. Main responsible commodities include: Elastomers & Molded and Extruded Gaskets, Customized Fastener System, Fire-protection Sprinkler System, Machining Parts & involving Surface Treatment, Domestic and Exporting Packaging, Production Equipment and corresponding Services;2. Assisting the R&D Dept. in H.Q and local with the new project/product development,3. Regularly review the progress with the project team to be sure the development process is within the schedule, budget and specifications; Regularly provide updates to the team and detect the risk on time and finalize a solution accordingly;4. Lead the key processes from the very first contact to mass production for all the involved suppliers, such as: Suppliers screening, Commercial Assessment, Assisting quality department for the quality system audit, First sampling process, Commercial negotiation prior to mass production, Small batch follow-ups, Assisting for the quality improvement process, and Routine performance review;5. Once enter the mass production, hold project summary meeting internally and externally to review the whole development process to learn from the critical event for improvement in the future project;6. Coordinating the communication between suppliers and internals, such as production, quality and R&D over LT issue, quality disputes and commercial stuff;7. Draw annual CR planning per the fluctuation possibilities from the market for all the involved raw material;8. Support the international sourcing and purchase from worldwide branches with the suppliers within Asia-pacific region;9. Coordinate the supply process between suppliers and specified outsourcing facilities for special projects and products to ensure the stable supply;10. Lead the supplier base management & maintain the data base in ERP system;
