Supporting the achievement of Caltex business strategies and objectives by:• Analyzing and assessing business requests for development and/or enhancement against existing system functionalities and providing recommendation.• Managing the capture and development of business requirements necessary to understand customer’s expectation from the required product or business process change and assisting in business case development.• Managing\​participating the evaluation of possible solutions that meet business requirements and leading vendor selection process.• Managing project work to plan, design, develop, test and implement product as per agreed customer quality expectations. • Worked closely with Management, operations, PM office and other IT teams to identify and prioritize business needs, plan and execute projects to deliver on these needs.• Designed, developed and maintained enterprise ICT architecture through the design of solutions that align with Caltex ICT architecture as well as recommended new solutions as per business changing needs (Standard Operating Environment, systems’ performance and monitoring tools, security, server virtualisation and backup technologies)• Owned and maintained various applications and their underlying components (hardware, software, database, network, application interfaces) supporting complex Refinery operations (supply, inspection, reliability, turnarounds, warehousing).• Managed application selection/upgrades, integration testing, automatic deployment development and roll-outs for the enterprise.• Participated in the governance of Caltex Refineries ICT architecture by defining the methods, models and tools that describe the organization’s current and future state, and that enable its evolution within the constraints of IT budget.• Contributed to the Caltex ICT system business continuity strategies by applying best practices in system design and disaster recovery (threat/impact analysis, planning and implementation using virtualisation technologies).• Worked closely with Management, operations, PM office and other IT teams to identify and prioritize business needs, plan and execute projects to deliver on these needs.
