I learned this along the path that started at the age of 14 with x86 Assembly on 8088 based computers through amateur Pascal and C programmer, Technion EE student, n-Tire Systems developer, ERP analyst and implementation manager, corporate cloud developer, Intel employee, telecom billing integrator, Systems Engineering research team at IBM Research for aerospace & defense corporations, enterprise consulting.That statement has proven itself multiple times during the last 8 years, since I bootstrapped and managed a software services company. This company is serving big corporations and small firms nationwide and abroad.When Eli and I formed Rendaform, we took the Dream and formalized it into a Vision later translated the vision into Milestones, Milestones have formed The Plan and The Plan is being executed by the right team of great people that work miracles together. I, as CEO just make sure that the team has got what it needs and nothing disturbs it.
