In-house lawyer / advisor to the director / assistant manager, responsible for:- ensuring legality of business operations- managing legal issues in various areas of the company (general business are, labor law, tax issues, real estate, financial and other areas) and - covering the legal part of the M&A business of the company.I specialized in IT law, search engine law and intellectual property issues. I also developed keen interest in M&A, especially in the IT sector and gained substantial experience. Major legal areas in relation to search engine law were keyword advertising, click-fraud and IP management. Regarding M&A I have knowledge in all aspects - selection of potential partners, preparation of business plans, negotiations of the deal and preparation of the contract.I often managed legal proceedings in respect of innovative business models in the field of Internet law. My day to day work included negotiations of the content of contracts, analysis of innovative business practices in relation to current legisation. I prepared Slovenian standpoints regarding new EU legislation proposals based on analysis of Slovenian legislation and the impact of the proposed legislation on Slovenian economy.I was responsible for the project of implementation of EU import licences for textiles and steel in Slovenia.During one month internship at the Mission of the RS to the EU in Bruxelless I represented Slovenia in Council of the EU workgroups and supported the economic adviser.
