A new challenge to re-establish Selebi Phikwe as one of the key mining towns in Africa through the development of the Tsholofelo Project. Premium Nickel Resources Botswana (“PNRB” ), is a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Premium Nickel Resources Canada (“PNR”). PNRB is a Botswana registeredcompany with the sole objective of acquiring and redeveloping a combination of theformer BCL and Tati nickel-copper-cobalt assets, dubbed the “Tsholofelo Project”.PNRB believes there is an opportunity to recharacterize the existing remaining resourcewith the aim to redevelop and modernize selected assets.The fullest ambition of PNRB’s vision is to successfully redevelop the Tsholofelo Projectas a modern, environmentally sensitive, efficient, long-term Ni-Cu-Co producer, andduring that process, help transition the local economy to be more sustainable andultimately independent of the mine.

The time has come both for Alphamin and for myself to change gear. We have taken Alphamin from an idea to a fully functioning mine, producing and selling tin concentrate in a little over 5 years. Doing so has been the greatest team effort I have had the privilege to be a part of. The success Alphamin is today is the result of the efforts and dedication of each and every person in Alphamin to achieving a very high goal. It is the highlight of my life, for which I thank all of the Alphamin team, both within the company and our supporters.As with the seasons, things change, so too with Alphamin. Together with all the people in Alphamin, I have achieved what I set out to do. However, Alphamin still has a long way to go. I intend to remain as a Director of Alphamin with a focus of continuing to unlock the tin province Alphamin set out to develop, and ensure Alphamin cements its place as one of the world's premier mines, whilst playing a more active role in keeping our shareholders informed of our successes and plans. I look forward to continuing to celebrate the team's successes as Alphamin powers ahead.

Denham Capital, a leading energy and resources global private equity firm, has committed $200M to establish an African mining platform in partnership with Pangea Exploration, a South African mining exploration company. The new business will target a wide range of opportunities across Africa.Pangea will look at opportunities across all stages of the project life cycle, from derisking, to resource expansion, to cash flow development and including operating assets. It will target the geologically rich resources of Africa, which face shortages of the necessary risk capital and managerial and entrepreneurial expertise needed for their development.Pangea will review opportunities in a wide range of minerals including gold, platinum group metals, iron ore, coal and copper, and is currently reviewing multiple projects in those metals.

In July 2021 South Africa experienced unprecedented civil unrest.The President of South Africa tasked the Solidarity Fund to lead a Humanitarian Crisis Relief Program to assist those affected.I was requested to lead this initiative, identifying sectors requiring support and designing and funding the programs to do this. A quick analysis showed that the more formal sectors were being taken care of, we had to fill the gap where individuals and small enterprises were in distress. We decided to structure our efforts in three parts, firstly to stabilise those who were unable to access food with a food parcel program to areas outside the reach of standard logistic chains. Secondly, to repair the systems that previously provided people with critical and chronic medicines. And lastly, to provide financial support for small business recovery initiatives.

Merged Pangea DiamondFields PLC with IGE Resources AB by way of sale of PDF's operating assets to IGE. This combined the companies respective diamond assets creating a broader spread of projects, increased the portfolio and range of assets within the merged company, and improved the shareholding structure of the merged entity.
