Off-Site is a practice-based research initiative that engages with questions on heritage, ruination, and care through alternative forms of curation, archivation, and image-making, informed by the dispersed and networked notion of diaspora. We acquire, create, and distribute audio, material, and visual artefacts which, entrusted in the care of artists and collaborators, partake in the formation of a collective archive.

- Project leader for the construction of the initial 2 regions of the Jala Bay Masterplan. Project consists of 100+ private villas, apartment complexes and mixed-use areas. Rough construction for 1/3 of the first region has been finished. Developed design and construction details, material specifications and a full scale mock up drawings. Coordinated all stakeholders, the local architectural team, engineering consultants and construction site managers. Presented various project stages to clients in person in Tirana, Albania. Led technical workshops with all stakeholders at various stages in the project.- Project leader for a 2 new regions in development part of the Jala Bay Masterplan. The two new character areas introduce new mixed-use building typologies along with new residential villa and apartment types. The project is currently in Concept Design Phase. - Project leader for the construction documents phase of a 39,000 sqm residential tower (38-storeys) and complex in Tirana, Albania. Construction is to commence in March, 2024. Developed details, structural solutions, and a full scale mock up drawing package. Coordinated all stakeholders, the local architectural team and engineering consultants. Presented various project stages to clients in person in Tirana, Albania.- Project leader for the design development phase of a residential tower (32-storeys) and 12 residential buildings complex in Vlore, Albania. Developed details and structural solutions. Coordinated all stakeholders, the local architectural team and engineering consultants.-Developed various technical and representational office standards since joining the firm.-Educated and on-boarded new team members with the goal of efficient and optimal integration into working methodology and office culture.-Co-led the office's internal fabrication LAB with one other person. Including 3D- printing, laser cutting and VR.

- Project leader for a 92 hectare Masterplan in Jale, Albania. The projects envisions 9 different regions with unique architectural and programmatic characters. The goal is to create a sustainable, all year round model for living in previously undeveloped areas in Southern Albania. - Managed the construction of a 19 unit residential project in South Boston. In addition to producing construction documents and designing interiors, I was responsible for attending on-site meetings every week with clients, general contractors, and all stakeholders to address questions and inspect progress.- Led a team to submit a schematic design package for the adaptive re-use transformation of a 100,000 sq. ft warehouse in Buffalo, NY. Worked with engineers and sustainability consultants to develop an optimal building performance.-Led a team of engineers and business stakeholders in the interior renovation of an existing student rental property for MIT.- Part of a team responsible for the interior renovation design of a historic building in downtown Boston.- Contributed to the development of various projects across all stages of design and implementation.- Participated in the design team for multiple domestic and international competition projects- Led a team for the design and execution of Touloukian Touloukian's entry to the TIME, SPACE, EXISTANCE exhibit in Venice, Italy.

Projects: -Evaluation of MIR's (Make it Right) Foundation efforts to rebuild the Lower 9th Ward neighborhood in New Orleans. (Current)-"Petro Metro: The First and Future Energy Metropolis"- This book aims to expose the existing energy story of Pennsylvania as a microcosm of the larger American condition in relation to infrastructure, city development and environment. (To be published in 2019)-FloatLab- a floating laboratory on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia -MIT's Department of Architecture history through the topics of housing, energy, ecology and global engagement.

Provided digital/physical modeling,renderings and schematic design for amonastery in Azrou, Morocco and an installation in the Panthéon.

Providing assistance with recording and publishing lectures and other events. Updating social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter along with publishing content on the Architecture Department's official website.

Assisted in preparing an exhibition project, entitled Chicagoisms, which will be displayed at the Chicago Art Institute, April 2014. Collected and analyzed historical photographs at the Chicago History Museum, and prepared drawings and mock-ups for the space-planning of the exhibition.
