- Process all individual personnel administration topics such as new hires, departures, transfers, changes in work schedule, salary changes, parental leave, maternity leave etc.- Receipt of incoming orders via the internal ticket portal or the Outlook HR group mailbox- Assist with data entry of simple payroll topics as well as with personnel master data maintenance in SAP according to specifications- Maintain the digital personnel file- Answering inquiries via email or via internal portal on the direct area of responsibility- Communication with external departments
