During this period I have been responsible for new & existing business for the ProData Consult office in The Netherlands. I worked for multiple direct end-clients, mostly within the IT industry. My goal was to provide my clients with uncompromising quality in IT consultancy and connect them to suitable IT professionals in the desired field of expertise.I started at ProData Consult NL just four months after the local start-up phase and together with a small team we succeeded in growing this company very quickly. We did not only grow organically but we also quadrupled the amount of consultants on a contract before the end of 2014. Next to my operational activities as an Account Manager, I have also fulfilled an important role in the team as a "Co-pilot" within the Dutch operations. I have spent many interesting hours re-evaluation, steering and shaping the Dutch operations from a more tactical/strategic point of view together with the Management in The Netherlands & Denmark.

During this relatively short period of time I have been responsible for providing high quality guest services during day and night-shifts at the front office of the Novotel in Breda. I was just as much the hotel's representative as point of sales for all the departments. During this period I fulfilled a role as Procurement Trainee and Project Assistant for several technical, marketing and IT related projects. Furthermore I've assisted 3 Buyers in their administrative and analytic work and was given the opportunity to be the Project Manager for a hospitality re-branding photography related procurement process, where I had to select a suitable photographer for 16 hotels. For this project I also worked closely with the marketing department in setting all the guidelines for all the pictures up front.
