- Responsible for all activities connected with company set-up in Serbia, setting up all production procedures, marking all processes and best practices from Italian factories;- Implementing all working strategies from Italian factory, working closely with Italian management – spent six months in Italy;- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed expectations; - Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards;- Ensuring compliance to all budget, managing communication for all management and supervising performance;- Responsible for strategies implementation in alignment with strategic initiatives from Italy, and providing a clear sense of direction and focus;- Administer all financial functions o plant and preparing all required budgets and forecasts; - Maintaining efficient quality of all products within required budget and preparing schedule; - Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations;- Active participation in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery;
