H there, I'm Boris. I'm a purpose driven entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of two incredible brands, EVOLVh and RUVI. I launched EVOLVh in December 2009, with a vision for a brand that could play an important part in transforming the beauty industry from the perspective of safer ingredients. And I was right, as we helped to create the clean beauty category as we know it today. EVOLVh is one of the most loved hair care brands in the space, known for transformative results by treating hair like skin. I'm excited to see where the next 10+ years will takes us as we continue to grow and build EVOLVh into one of the all-time great global hair care brands. RUVI soft launched in March 2021 with just one product, a first of its kind oil based serum that unlocks an ancient Peruvian beauty secret. The product is revolutionary but the real hero is our purpose. I started RUVI to protect rainforests by helping to reverse deforestation in the Amazon. Every year hundreds of thousands of wild Palms across the Amazon are cut down for their fruit, and the only viable solution is to help local indigenous harvesters switch from cutting to climbing when harvesting. I partnered with an organization based in Iquitos, Peru that has designed climbing gear specifically for this purpose and has a 10 year track record of success with their gear and training. Now they need help to scale the effort. We are donating $5 of every bottle of serum sold to fund the production and delivery of more climbing gear and training. Equally as important, RUVI is helping to increase the demand for regeneratively harvested Palm fruit. This creates the added incentive to switch to climbing, and as we know, incentives play a key role in changing behavior and outcomes. The full story is at ruvibeauty.com.
