Boris founded R&K Consulting in 2004 with a vision to bring cutting edge enterprise software technologies to the evolving Russia’s SMB market. • Personally negotiated a CIS partner status with JD Edwards, presenting market opportunity to channel managers and executives; • Closed the first two deals to create initial revenue stream for the company; • Was responsible for finding, putting together and motivating a team of professionals to head the company; the team that is currently considered one of the most competent in the CIS consulting industry. • Worked with head of implementation to develop a novel methodology for gauging financial performance of consulting projects, called Project Objective Benchmarking (POB).

• Original founder and acting company CEO for 3 years; operationally involved in all aspects of the business. • Developed a unique niche model in the software outsourcing market, exclusively focusing the company on high value added, product development services for Silicon Valley technology start-ups. Grew the company from 0 to 50 people. • Sold the company to Mirantis, Inc in early 2006.
