I am a Managing Director at Tribe Capital, helping to lead the firm through a period of growth and expansion. Tribe Capital manages $1.7B in assets under management. I was the Co-Founder and Head of Republic Capital at Republic from 2019-2022. Republic Capital is the venture arm of Republic, making investments in early and late stage fintech, deep tech and consumer businesses. Republic Capital has invested in Avalanche, Polygon, Carta, Relativity Space, Robinhood and many others and has over $1B in assets under management. Prior to Republic Capital, I was a Partner at Game Theory Group, an investment firm focusing on early-stage blockchain infrastructure companies. In 2011, I co-founded Breaktime Media (FKA Dailybreak), a promotional media platform serving some of the biggest brands in the world. Breaktime Media was acquired in 2015 by advertising leader Connelly Partners. I was also an early co-founder of VentureApp, now known as HqO, in Boston.Prior to founding Breaktime Media, I spent three years as a student at UMass Amherst studying computer science and entrepreneurship, taking a year off to work as a Lead Developer & Project Manager for eNilsson, a technology consulting firm attached to the 2008 presidential race.
