Responsible for the deployment of audit project collecting on more than 500 commercial accounts.Mexico. Managed a team of 14 auditors whom continually met revenue goals and sales quota Effectively deployed Access database which helped more effectively audit and retrieve over $2.4 million gross in past-due receivables Successfully led international expansion project to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico Managed new Spanish auditor team which increased production in Small Balance department by 150% in less than one year

Led parallel organizations with a staff of 10 and full P&L responsibility. Accountable for gross sales of over $1M. Oversaw market research, product marketing and sales. Implemented an in-house finance company with over $200K in receivables.  Planned and executed a cost-reduction strategy allowing fixed costs to be cut by 75%  Maximized inventory turnover through the use of short-term, flat rate loans (Floorplan) Increased cash flow through the bulk sale of receivables to local investors at 80 - 90% rate. Enhanced effective automation by hiring contract purchasers, salesmen, drivers and mechanics. Successfully sold business including all assets and liabilities on 6/2009 for $95K.

Project management and implementation of cost-reducing cash flow & asset management database - led eradication of company’s liability due to accounting errors. Supervised five salaried employees. Reported to the CFO – American General Services Inc. . Successfully executed a database cross-check for commission errors, saving $300K in yearly costs and retroactively correcting $790K in accounting errors.

Processing expense and credit reports for over 40 employees. Accountable for daily expenditure and Accounts Payable disbursement.  Created and managed an expense tracking database to achieve substantial departmental cost savings. Developed Shell department intranet website, saving department over $500K in total overhead.
