⭐️ I have been the head of the Skvot Czech project department since the beginning of the project's operation on the Czech market and I am responsible for its continuous development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. 🚀As a team, we have launched more than 45 unique training courses in the Czech Republic in the first year of operation, with an average ROI of 246%, and have become one of the fastest growing Skvot offices in Europe. 🎮 I was behind the birth of the "Game design for beginners" course, which broke several records within the company in terms of ROI, number of satisfied participants and sales speed. Although I may not look as a typical "nerd", video games and e-sports are still a big passion of mine. 😎💸The quality of our courses is also reflected in our sales results, where Skvot Czech is among the top 3 European countries where the Skvot project operates.💼 Within the project development I am responsible for building a stable team, strategic planning and fulfilling the set KPIs. At the same time, I am trying to enter into strategic collaborations with other companies to strengthen our position on the Czech market.

⬆️ As one of the first project managers, I was actively involved in the development of the Laba learning platform in the Czech Republic from the very beginning.🎯 During my tenure in this position, I have launched more than 10 successful training courses, whose results have significantly helped to establish our learning platform on the Czech market.🏆 After half a year of building the Laba brand and preparing educational courses, my results and commitment helped me to gain the trust of the company's management and get the position of Head of Production of the newly emerging Skvot Czech project.🙏🏻 Even after my transfer to the management of Skvot Czech, I am still active in the development of the Laba Czech educational platform and I try to pass on my experience to new colleagues. 📊 As a member of audit teams, I was responsible for auditing the financial statements of the largest companies in the Czech Republic.💡Thanks to my work as an audit analyst, I significantly improved my analytical skills and expanded my knowledge in the field of accounting, which I still use in my professional practice.💻 Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, I completed my first audit season mostly in the home office.
