University of Calgary graduate with a Bachelor of Science in geology. Prior to switching into the geology program, I completed a four year journeyman machinist program at SAIT which allowed me to gain invaluable working and life experience. Currently working as a CNC machine programmer at Fidelity Machine and Mould Solutions. Producing tooling and parts for the aerospace, mold, oil and gas industry. Enjoy finding solutions to complex problems daily, while constantly learning new machining/programming techniques.My past oil and gas experience as a geologist at Petrus Resources has allowed for me to explore and work on a range of geological reservoirs and formations such as the Bluesky, Sparky, Halfway, Charlie Lake, Montney, and Belly River Formations. In the 2014-2015 school year under the supervision of Rudi Meyer I wrote my undergraduate’s thesis. The research utilized well logs, along with multiple cores to better define the depositional environment of the Upper Montney Formation in western Alberta.
