R&D Team Leader, overseeing a team of 7 engineers (both local and international).Group Responsibilities:Collecting configuration data from network devices, vulnerability scanners, and network management frameworks.Analyzing this data and developing a comprehensive network model for the Skybox platform.

Team: Signaling and Infrastructure. - Developing signaling (SIP/H323) features for Multipoint Control Unit (MCU).- Developing infrastructure tools – framework, IPC, Trace system.- Developing algorithms, protocols and features for Microsoft certification of Lync 2013.- Security features in federal project requiring JITC security certification for Software/Hardware product granted by certified labs in the US.- H323 load balancer: dividing calls between different processes.- Development the transport levels for signaling protocols (SIP). UDP/TCP/TLS.- Develop Android application in JAVA for managing video conference + Services working with the application. Using technologies – NFC, Beacon, etc.- Manage and coordinate solution team for new multi- platform product.C/C++, JAVA, Bash scripts, OpenSSL, Multi-Threading.
