My job experience encompasses a wide range of occupations. I'm a call center agent focused on software support, technical support, and funding within the payment services industry, but other occupations include: laundry delivery driver, groundskeeper, voice teacher, customer service representative of many kinds, and opera singer. Yes, opera singer.My study in music has taught me many things: basic professionalism, the ability to collaborate on long-term projects, the need to pull one's own weight, the ability to think outside the box while working within best established practices, an appreciation for true teamwork, an ability to solve problems instantaneously, and many other soft skills. The kind of work I enjoy most focuses on meeting people's needs and solving their problems, especially if I can help to make their days a little better along the way. Come to me with a problem, and I will do whatever I can to solve it. I care deeply about making sure that everybody wins: the customer, the employee, and the company. My interests include serving God, cooking, baking bread (especially sourdough), philosophy, music (I sing and play several instruments), sports (Bills/Sabres/University of Tennessee), health and fitness, and falling down the YouTube rabbit hole on occasion.
