Additionally, I focus on investment planning, developing investment strategies, and supporting the management of the company.Together with internal or external project developers, I drive projects forward to create client-oriented architectural solutions.

Dies erstreckt sich über die SIA-Phasen 1-3.Zu meinen Aufgaben als Leiter der Entwurfsabteilung gehört die Projektverantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung sowie die Planungsleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses, angefangen bei der Projektkonzeption bis hin zum Erhalt der Baubewilligung. Dies beinhaltet auch die Beaufsichtigung von Designteams und die Erarbeitung, Entwicklung und Evaluierung von Projekt-, Termin- und Kostenstrategien. Dabei verfüge ich über umfangreiches Fachwissen im Bau- und Planungsrecht.
