In my role at XANIA real estate Zurich, I manage real estate projects from the initial concept to completion, always focusing on economic success and timely execution. A key aspect of my work is the development of construction projects and guiding them through all governmental processes.I collaborate closely with external planners and represent our interests with construction managers, authorities, and other stakeholders. Additionally, I focus on investment planning, developing investment strategies, and supporting the management of the company.Together with internal or external project developers, I drive projects forward to create client-oriented architectural solutions.

I manage real estate projects from the initial idea to completion and always keep an eye on the economic success of the projects. The elaboration of construction projects and the support of the project through all official processes belong to my core activities. Als Leiter der Entwurfsabteilung bin ich in einer beratenden Funktion tätig. Ich arbeite mit einem talentierten Team zusammen und ermutige sowie leite es, um ein kohärentes und ehrliches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Meine Führung basiert auf der Etablierung einer Methodik sowie der Koordination von internen und externen Projektbeteiligten, zu denen unter anderem Teamarchitekten, Planer, Spezialisten, Unternehmer und weitere Partner gehören. Dies erstreckt sich über die SIA-Phasen 1-3.Zu meinen Aufgaben als Leiter der Entwurfsabteilung gehört die Projektverantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung sowie die Planungsleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses, angefangen bei der Projektkonzeption bis hin zum Erhalt der Baubewilligung. Dies beinhaltet auch die Beaufsichtigung von Designteams und die Erarbeitung, Entwicklung und Evaluierung von Projekt-, Termin- und Kostenstrategien. Dabei verfüge ich über umfangreiches Fachwissen im Bau- und Planungsrecht.

As a design architect, I was mainly involved in the earlier stages of a design project, up until the building permit. When working as a design architect, the focus was on close cooperation with the client - their ideas and ideas should be brought into a realizable form.
