Collaboration in the creation of the 2006 to 2008 ISS budget.Within this period, I developed the following projects and reached the following goals:- Managed an infrastructure in 3 countries and 30 branch offices, covering 80 servers and 1000 users. o Managed a budget for projects of €1M. o Managed an operation budget of €2M.- Replaced 90% of the company’s ISS platform for industry standard systems: o Resized and change communication links with MPLS over Fiber Optics. o Designed and deploy Windows Server 2003 R2 clusters in main branch offices in order to assure business continuity. o Migrated the faulty corporate mail service to Lotus Domino 7. o Defined and deploy a consolidated backup system and procedure for the whole company (HP Data Protector 6.0). o Consolidated the distributed storage into 2 replicated SAN (HP Enterprise Virtual Array EVA6000 / EVA6100).Define the consolidation of the corporate data in the datacentre for the whole group. o Define the Citrix project requirements. o Navision Financials 4.0 to Navision Dynamics 5.0 infrastructures’ migration. o Design and construction of the new datacentre within the corporate building and manage the moving of the corporate ISS to it.- Reduced in 75% the reported users’ ISS’ incidents and 95% of the ISS's downtime, planning and successfully assuring 99,99% availability.- Defined the procedures to monitor and analize the status of the ICT.- Promoted a continuous improvement environment. -
