Conducted three tenders, managed the related transition arrangements and lead the systems development and policy related changes of the program. Was part of the team that conducted the first Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community and Housing census. Developed new policies for refugees and people with a disability as a result of pilot programs I managed. Lead the pilot program to relocate job seekers from the East coast to the West coast.
