SMB CMO Leader for sub-region subsidiary is accountable for all SMB to customer, through partner and to partner marketing campaigns, managing a virtual team of SMB MarCom managers in the sales locations to effectively land the SMB initiatives in close cooperation with the Small & Medium Solutions and Partners Sales Group (SMS&P).

As marketing director for The Balkans region Borko is accountable for Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Cyprus and Malta. The role of Marketing Director for the Balkans geo-cluster provides a new level of marketing innovation, planning, end-to-end execution as well as digital and operational excellence. Marketing Director is accountable for geo cluster marketing governance that includes the Marketing Scorecard, all metrics for marketing discipline excellence and manages the usage of all available internal and external marketing resources. The CEE geo-cluster Marketing Director owns all marketing communications orchestration & execution across Consumer and Commercial and is accountable for increasing business results across the South Balkans region as a member of Central and Eastern Europe HQ team.

As acting Marketing and Operations Lead (subsidiary COO), Borko is managing the execution across Corporate Marketing Group, PR and Citizenship, and all three product/business groups to ensure excellence in execution, drive sales results and ensure scorecard target attainment while enforcing 100% compliance and individual accountability in execution. As one of three business group leads and a member of subsidiary extended leadership team, I was accountable for Server and Tools business group results in terms of revenue attainment and achieving top results in all S&T KPIs such as growing revenue faster than market, growing category (strategic) product revenue and achieving lighthouse wins against competitors.
