Waqas Bilal is highly research oriented person, as after completing his M. Phil in Management Sciences, within a short period of one year his Four research papers have been published in International Research Conferences (Academy of Management 2017 Annual Meeting at Atlanta, Georgia, 3rd International Conference on Innovative Business Management. ICIBM-2016, Lahore; 8th South Asian International Conference, SAICON-2016, Islamabad & 7th International Conference on Management Research, ICMR-2016, Lahore). He is currently working on multiple research papers in collaboration with professors from Pakistan and USA. His collaborative work is under process with different research groups of University of Washington, USA., Ripah International University Lahore and Lahore Leads University, Lahore.As being the Master Trainer of “Community awareness Program” at Pattoki, Waqas Bilal trained thousands of community workers, industry workers, Govt. officials, students, teachers and general community even at union council level in district Kasur. These training mainly comprises of Fire Prevention & Control, and Managing Safety, First Aid & Basic Life Support Program (BLS), H&SE, Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM), Medical First Responder (MFR), Community Action for Disaster Response (CADRE), Developing and evaluating the Evacuation Plans.Community awareness program is projected in different subprograms like Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), Basic Life Support Program, Fire Safety & Prevention Program, School Safety and Security Program, and Capacity Building ToMT Program for Teachers. Although HR is his key subject course but he also has very potential in Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Business Research, Project Management, and Training & Development. As a Master Trainer of UNPD and Election Commission of Pakistan’s program,trained a number of polling staff for the execution of free and fair elections in 2013.
