Our Medical division specialises in placing locum, contract and salaried medical staffing.We place a variety of medical staff such as, - GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Paramedics, Clinical Pharmacists, Medical Secretaries, Care Coordinators, etc. At Borne, we work within the NHS and private sector. Supplying staff to a variety of independent healthcare providers, PCNs, PCTs, GP Surgeries, Private Hospitals, MOD bases and EA/Walk In/Urgent Care Centers on a national basis. Service level agreements with a number of OOH providers nationwide also guarantee a range of midweek, weekend and bank holiday shifts covering base shifts, telephone triage and home visits.Borne have extremely effective clinical governance processes and compliance procedures in place and a database warning system that ensures that all our medical staffs files are up to date.Our main focus is building long-term relationships with clients so that we become a trusted supplier. While this does not happen overnight, we are confident that our high levels of service will allow us to build that rapport over time.
