I plan and direct Post Media Co, Ltd’s sales and advertising strategy from a business, digital, and technical perspective.This also entails supervising a sales team of 30 in the head office in Phnom Penh, and another 5 staff in our Siem Reap and Sihanoukville bureaus.

As Brand Manager for Khmer Brewery, I helped successfully launched Cambodia Beer into the Cambodian beverage market.

My duties included producing show schedules, scouting and selecting shoot locations. I also coordinated the efforts of technical personnel, show personalities and other personnel. Served as Interim Director, for 10 of the 12 episodes. Directed four teams of cameramen & sound technicians in conjunction with Producer duties.

Cardamom Media was a registered fixing agency for feature films and television series. It was the only company addressing the challenges of foreign film production groups and companies. A media resource managing umbrella with massive networks of human resources and local media services to meet the needs of filmmakers. Through experience we have secured flexible and all-encompassing support for foreign and domestic film production.
