• Managed accounting staff for 4 separate KUKA Entities including Mexican operations and Holding company (8 plants)• Project (POC) tracking for roughly 300 projects over $1 million and another 75 projects under $1 million• Reporting and upload responsibility, in SAP, of monthly reporting package to German parent (KUKA AG), including making improvements to report 1 day faster• Oversee 3 annual financial audits and 1 annual internal controls audit• Fixed asset reporting, using Sage FAS software• Financial lead of 3-entity, ERP system upgrade• Coordinated 4-month sale of Aerospace division ($200m revenue), including system carve-out, valuation audits, and transition services.• Treasury oversight of cash pooling activity for 7 KUKA entities, including managing vendor factoring program with Deutsche Bank• Implementation of automated/mobile payable workflow solution, resulting in a 50% time savings of entry on 65,000 annual vendor invoices• Transitioned to paperless vendor payment option, resulting in the processing of 14,000 less checks and netting a dividend of 1.6% of total payable check volume
