Having identified several business capability gaps and adjacent market opportunities, he developed an acquisitions pipeline to address, and his work led to the acquisitions of greater than $500 million of revenue for the segment.At TE Connectivity, Brian led product & market strategy, business development and M&A activities for the $850 million Sensors BU, and the M&A transactions practice for the $6 billion Transportation Solutions segment. He provided the strategic rationale and obtained Board approval to pursue a multi-billion dollar inorganic growth strategy; formed the platform on which to build a sensors market leader by leading the acquisition of Measurement Specialties for $1.7 billion; implemented strategic marketing process across all active, relevant vertical markets (Transportation, Industrial, Appliance, Medical, Consumer), identified critical product, go-to-market/technology investments required to keep pace with (or outpace) market leadership goals; and sourced/led the acquisitions of American Sensor Technologies and Macro Sensors for $70 million.Brian has held leadership positions at Physiotherapy Associates, LLR Partners, and Sonenshine Partners.He earned a BS, in Economics, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
