The group was founded only for a ten-month project funded by EU Leonardo da Vinci funds. Our task was to help farmers with business ideas to start with new activities-additional business on their farms like processing the diary products on the farm, fruit drying and others. I was responsible for all the economic issues in the project, making business plans which contained investment evaluation, marketing strategy, selling plan, public relation and the balance sheets for five years ahead. Special Experiences: 1. In the first phase of the project two colleagues and I were sent on one month study visit to our partner in Ireland. We learned how our Irish partner helps to bring business ideas into life.2. Public presentations of the project and radio interviews.3. Preparing the final report on the project and preparing the new projects. After finishing the project I cooperated with this organization by executing international projects. From September 2002 till June 2003 I was involved in their international project, where the institutions from Slovenian and Austrian border region cooperated.
