The mission of the VerticalCrypto Art Residency program is to democratize access to knowledge by providing free educational programs dedicated to creators of all kinds in the fields of NFTs, Crypto Art, Web3 and the metaverse. These programs are committed and devoted to supporting, uplifting, educating and providing the tools and resources to empower creators and artists around the world on metaverse and NFT-native skills.

The residency is an ongoing program of 12 weeks with 20 artists in each cohort. The program follows a curriculum of an 8-week learning phase, during which residents attend virtual classes covering a range of metaverse-native topics, and ends with a final 4-week of NFT creation month.
