- Responsible for happiness, productivity and collaboration of 10 person engineering team located in multiple countries; Conducting weekly 1x1;- Working with Product team on roadmap, project planning and resource allocation;- Helping the team to resolve dependencies, and other obstacles to ensure successful project delivery;- Kicked-off the development of multi-year initiative to create No Code environment for managing AI Apps;

- Work closely with Product team to turn design mockups into development plan;- Work on a daily basis with all team’s UI engineers, to discuss and resolve outstanding tasks;- Led the project to create visual graph editing tool using d3 and React.js;

- Worked on Angular 1 to React conversion. Made proposals and implemented new event system and services as a bridge between 2 frameworks;- Guided the team with best practices in unit testing;- Added new Cypress tests to increase e2e and integration coverage;

- Development of the front-end applications built with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Angular and Redux;- Development and architecting new micro-services needed for Lead collection, Appointment booking and Salesforce Integration using the following technologies: Docker, Node.JS, TypeScript, RabbitMQ, MySQL and Redis;- Track, log, monitor, and evaluate the ongoing health of product with the following tools: Sentry, Kibana and Grafana;- Improving the efficiency of how the team works by constant improvements to daily work;- Effectively help team members with guidance during development, estimation and clarification phases.

- Introduced ReactJS, Redux for a new project (Game Lobby);- Implemented new game features and improved existing ones using HTML5, JavaScript, Angular.JS, Node.JS, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and RabbitMQ;- Redefined and maintained Continuous Integration using Bamboo.

- Introduced SPA architecture approach for the project;- Implemented Continuous Integration for the project;- Mentored and trained junior team-members.

- Developed internal library and several applications using Backbone.JS and CoffeeScript;- Worked together with the Back-End team on API interface definitions.

- Developed custom modules and themes for numerous websites based on Drupal and WordPress;- Developed custom CMS to enable content management for a customer facing website for one of the biggest automotive companies.
