Before being recruited by METCO Engineering, I was the lead business architect at LadderStone (formerly the Ladder Stone Group). I was in charge of developing a strategic blueprint for each of our clients. This included developing an Enterprise/SaaS stack structure to provide a common understanding of the organization's capabilities allowing it to align strategic objectives and tactical demands to increase the success of corporate initiatives. This allowed us to execute the client's vision accordingly, in essence, to scale quickly and create velocity.
