In my role as an Internal Communications Specialist, I support the business adoption of solutions developed within the Business Performance Improvement (BPI) sector. In order to ensure the successful adoption of these improvements, I aim to establish synergy in the various initiatives and enable stakeholders to deliver consistent communications in alignment with ASML’s culture and strategy. Collaboration is crucial in the dynamic world at the cutting edge of tech, therefore, I cultivate cooperation by inspiring stakeholders to look for shared interests and work better together.

CEVA Logistics (formerly Ingram Micro CLS) is the e-fulfillment partner for widely known consumer names such as bol.com, de Bijenkorf, ASOS & Zalando. From January '21 to April '22 I was responsible for the communication of Ingram Micro CLS within the Netherlands. With Captain CEVA at the helm, I strive to achieve an optimal internal communication (IC) set-up, which I do by, among other things:• Developed an IC Excellence ’23 Strategy, centered on establishing an efficient, data-driven IC structure and employee engagement culture.• Founded the IC Media Team, a dedicated team of talented employee volunteers to support the implementation of the strategy.• Introduced and Implemented “The Boxees”, an instrument for positive behavioral change, crucial for achieving an engagement culture.• Coordinated the Identity program, focused on promoting shared values and connection, and creating ambassadors for our brand.• Management and continuous development of IC channels, such as: Sharepoint & MS365, town halls, mailings, (digital) signage, events, etc.

Nagel-Group is the European market leader in food logistics. As a driven communication specialist I contributed to the organization by: Developing efficient internal communications infrastructure and policies. Inspiring and ensuring compliance by co-workers. Establishing data-driven improvements and reports for the Benelux MT. Proactive project management in operations, marketing, finance and sales activities.

Als accountmanager en recruiter bij Rockstars IT mocht ik de verbindende factor zijn tussen jong talent en bedrijven. Mijn takenpakket bestond uit:* Werving, plaatsing en begeleiding van jong IT talent.* Acquisitie van nieuwe klanten en relatiebeheer.* Beursbezoeken, presentaties, overige marketing werkzaamheden.

InMarkt ontwikkelt loyaliteitsprogramma’s voor lokale ondernemers, retail hoofdkantoren en A-merken. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan de Efteling spaaractie bij de Albert Heijn.* Verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de loyaliteitsprogramma’s, van offerte tot uitvoering en evaluatie.* Het ontwerpen van op maat gemaakte communicatiemiddelen en het aansturen van reclamebureaus.* Het werken aan de ontwikkeling van sterke merken, loyale consumenten en tevreden klanten.

Mijn thesis 'Creëer Community' beschrijft hoe een merk een loyale achterban op social media krijgt, ofwel, het creëren en ontwikkelen van loyaliteit met online communities.Naast mijn onderzoek ben ik als stagiair bezig geweest met:* Online marketing zoals mailings en Facebook campagnes.* Het schrijven van een crossmediaal marketingcommunicatieplan gericht op online communities.* Mede-organiseren van events zoals de 3voor12 awards.

BudgetBikes biedt een unieke fietservaring door Barcelona. Hier gaf ik rondleidingen door de stad, beheerde ik de social media kanalen en organiseerde ik events.

Naast mijn studie communicatie werkte ik parttime als communicatiemedewerker bij uitzendbureau TalentFlex. Mijn werkzaamheden bestonden uit:* Het schrijven en redigeren van teksten op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.* Het vinden van en contact leggen met potentiële kandidaten en klanten.* Het beantwoorden van de telefoon & email en het onderhouden van de website.

Tijdens mijn laatste jaar aan de middelbare school mocht ik parttime teksten schrijven voor de interne communicatie van Gemeente Enkhuizen.

Naast mijn middelbare school was ik in het weekend het aanspreekpunt voor de schippers en verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van de scheepvaart door het Naviduct te Enkhuizen.
