I am retained by organizations to provide coaching for senior leaders on a journey of growth and change.With over 25 years of leadership experience in Marketing, Business Strategy, Project Design and Training & Development, I bring a strong business orientation to human capital development. I have a mix of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial experience in Financial Services, Media & Communication, Education & Training and Retail sectors. I am passionate about unlocking the potential in individuals and teams and, as part of my work, have led change management initiatives, developmental interventions and created bespoke solutions for a variety of organizational challenges.
