Administrative Support Manager
Accountable for the management and oversight of operations and strategic planning for the Human Resources and Facilities Departments at the State of Idaho Department of Labor. Direct operational functions through a team of Human Resources professionals to more than 500 employees. Some of these functions include: Classification and Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Workers Compensation and Benefits Administration. Also accountable for leading a team of facilities professionals that manage 12 Idaho Department of Labor buildings and a fleet of approximately 75 vehicles throughout the state of Idaho.
