As an operations and finances manager, I have executed infrastructure development projects across 16 Indian states, ranging from Himachal to the Andamans. These intricate projects demand seamless coordination among multiple Indian states and districts in high-risk Naxal conflict zones within the Deep Red Corridor and numerous engineering projects in remote and tribal regions of India.

Acted as a post-disaster construction manager for a shelter building construction in Chin State, Myanmar. Created detailed construction documents, drawings, feasibility analyses, and quantity and cost estimations. Designed repair and retrofitting procedures for masonry buildings affected by the disaster. Designed a detailed water distribution system, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment system.

I worked as a freelance in various trades from 2010 to 2016 till I finished my university in Civil Engineering, gaining hands-on expertise in various trades, including:-Welding-Brazing- Plumbing- Electrical-MasonryExecuted and managed multiple projects independently, developed a strong foundation in technical skills, problem-solving, and project management, and balanced these responsibilities while completing my academic studies.

I was in charge of the operations of the chicken farm where I managed 15,000 to 20,000 in batches. From keeping the expenses, feed consumption, keeping count of deaths, conducting postpartum examinations, and communicating with veterinary doctors. Monitored weather and adjusted strategies to avoid deaths.-Managed all finances, from the purchase of medicine, feed, and labour to the sale of chickens.-Administered medicine to chickens in controlled doses.-Trained labourers on best farm practices.-Strictly followed Suguna regulations and best practices.-Arranged all forms of logistics in transportation and travel.-Personally maintained the entire plumbing, electrical, and other technical needs of the farm.

When I was six years old, I sold premium fruit soaps door to door with my sister, who was nine, and my brother, who was eight. I was amazed at how skillfully my sister and brother could persuade people to buy more than one soap. I particularly enjoyed the operational side of the sales process, like carrying the products and presenting them to customers.
