Business Development Manager
Current• Execute business development strategies by identifying potential business opportunities and actively pursuing them.• Utilize strong knowledge of Government contracting to effectively manage proposals, including analyzing RFPs, creating proposal schedules and milestones, developing technical write-ups, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with subcontractors for proposal development.• Take charge of drafting and reviewing Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.• Plan and conduct proposal reviews and debriefings to gather valuable feedback and enhance future proposal submissions.• Manage a team of BD support staff, assigning tasks and monitoring their completion to ensure a smooth workflow.• Create compelling marketing materials and presentations to support business development efforts.• Facilitate seamless contract phase-in and transitions, ensuring that all contract deliverables are met with high-quality performance.
