Role Responsibilities:• Managing customer accounts.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients.• Developing strategies to grow customer base.• Being able to manage the medical policies, according to the terms and conditions in the contracts.• Collaborating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Doing reports on a daily basis to the management.• Following up with the clients to ensure their satisfaction.• Conducting regular monthly visits to clients.• Following up with the clients on the consumption regularly; and,• Solving the issues that faces the clients.
