• Financial and operational ownership leading a global inside sales team in TTEC's consumer and SMB sales divisions• Responsible for maintaining and growing Fortune 500 relationships to generate over $30M a year in revenues• KPI performance includes exceeding financial targets (revenue & profitability), client satisfaction (sales quota attainment & client NPS), and employee experience (employee retention & employee NPS)• Responsible for program management of direct inbound and outbound programs in both consumer and B2B sales, building and implementing touch plan strategies to optimize performance, and renewal of contracts for several of TTECs key clients• Drive operational performance, develop strategic business analysis, identify areas of growth and expansion, and generate additional revenue via expansion: organic, geographic, and new LOB/vertical• Executive sponsor to TTEC's Employee Engagement initiative, building a playbook of process-based enhancements to drive employee engagement and success in a virtual, post-Covid work environment
