Prometeia (based in Bologna/Italy) provides services to banks and financial institutions operating in Turkey and the Middle East to deliver complex projects in the fields of Financial Risk Management, Credit Risk Analytics and Management, Asset and Wealth Management, Regulatory Compliance, Data Science, Insurance and Information Technologies.Within the scope of these projects, I am responsible for the installation, delivery, case support, data management and workflow management of the applications called Ermas and Modeling Platform as the application IT team in Turkey.

As an admin, I support the maintenance of L2 operational processes of Corporate Service applications in the mobile domain within the Value Added Services team, first to serve as an inhouse after than outsource, at Türk Telecommunication - Ümraniye / Istanbul location. Supported operational processes are listed below:• Deploying new applications on Production environment.• Improvement, change, fix etc. of live applications operations and commissioning.• Control of procedures and jobs running on the database, definition of new procedures as needed.• Reducing the workload by automating existing works with written scripts (Shell Scripting)• Ensuring and monitoring the controls on the server, database and server so that the applications are not interrupted.• Defining alarms on application, database or server side for stable operation of applications• Installing Weblogic and Apache Tomcat and upgrading old versions• Monitoring and action of system and server-based incoming alarms• Monitoring and reporting the KPI rates of the services connected to the applications, tracking the SLA times• Providing the solution of system cases as soon as possible so that customer cases, which may arise from customer complaints and directed by the L1 operation team or customer services, do not cause financial loss in cases where more than one customer is affected.

Within the scope of maintaining the operation of the servers and systems on KoçSistem and customer data centers within the body of the company's Data Center Operations team, operational follow-up on the following systems, first response and solution to the problems that arise, and escalation to the expertise teams at unsolved points were provided.• Servers with MS and Unix operating systems• MS SQL and Oracle database, SAP systems• Backup systems, server backups• Virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV)
