Throughout my career I have always been passionate about adopting new technologies and building strategic partnerships around efficiency with IT as enabler. IT has been an enabler for efficiency for a long time now. The trick is to involve people early in the projects to be successful.I started my career as field technician and then I learned that involving the staff in change is the key to success.In 1991 I began selling full time. When I later began studying project management everything fell into place. I managed a large project involving change of infrastructure for around 400 clients in 1996-1997 and it was a success due to education for all involved staff. I then went on to managing the department for application development for a couple of years and when I involved a consultant for a conference and read his book about personal efficiency and “what to become when you grow up” I went back to selling…I have worked with large organizations as ABB and Västerås Council as well as many Small Businesses seeking to gain more efficiency with IT as enabler.Today we start new partnerships with companies starting with an analysis of the efficiency, this gives us the opportunity to start with the right things.
