The world is not just black and white, in contrast to the profile picture you see, it has a multitude of colors and even those of have their nuances, and those colors and nuances matter. They create the differences we see all around us and they make a difference in every interaction we have. Acknowledging and acting on those will create the differences between good and awesome.As a technical operations, IT, and customer service and support manager and specialist I value and have an eye for these colors and nuances and strive to create and deliver an awesome experience and results. This often cannot be done alone and it takes a diverse group to deliver awesome experiences for everyone day in and day out. Kindness, compassion and the ability to act on the colors and nuances are some aspects that I, as a manager, instill in the teams I work with. As these are, in my experience, the key ingredients to deliver an “awesome sauce” (Definition for something truely amazing). We all, as customers or colleagues, want to be handled and treated with understanding, kindness, compassion and want to be supported to reach our goals and this is something I’m very passionate about.
