I have served my most recent years as the Senior Manager IT Strategy & Architecture with responsibility for mapping business needs to technology strategies and overseeing IT governance with a focus on making the IT organization ready for the cloud. I established a holistic IT governance process utilizing standard process and objective assessment criteria to assess architecture and project alignment with corporate strategy. I work with senior IT leaders (CIO, VP of IT Operations, and direct reports) to define and communicate overall IT strategy. I execute the architecture governance responsibility through the Architecture Review Board with a focus on designing and approving reliable, secure, scalable, cost effective solutions. Throughout my 22 year IT career I have served a wide range of roles including technical writer, user trainer, automated tester, QA Analyst, web developer, DBA, and SAP administrator. The experience and skills gained in these roles continue to be relevant in my daily architecture and strategy responsibilities.
