• Conduct a Site survey (DAS & CAS) with Customer to generate detail site survey report.• As the site focal point for all site activity, plan, manage and execute all installation and acceptance activities.• Ensure Installation work meets the quality standard, completed within schedule and comply with Customer requirements.• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve the alarm and provide timely resolution• To carry out Radio equipment installation of BTS/RBS Setup, Integration & Commission and testing of 3G,4G (FDD & TDD) and 5G SA & NSA mobile network system.• To maintain and co-ordinate with Project manager, Customer & contractor to ensure site delivered and meet project timeline.• Be an WSH personnel lead in Ericsson/Singtel Projects and be a part of system safety group and ensure that safety measures are taken at all time• Basic Knowledge of RF Design and conduct a cross training of new employee/intern helped them to understand the current technology• Conduct QA/Audit inspection of Workmanship and installation standards as per client requirement • To prepare and submit site As-Built documentation upon completion of site to get signed off Certificate of Acceptance by Customer.• Knowledgeable and experience in works closely with client Site Acquisition team to minimize the occupied Mobile Installation Space (MIS) as per COPIF’18 to cut off the rental fee for mobile operator.
