I managed Larkin Street’s TAY Education and Wellness Services team at the Tenderloin site. My responsibilities include monitoring grants from SF County contracts and managing various budgets. Additionally, I provide counseling and guidance to staff members who support over 150 homeless young adults in areas such as employment, housing, and education.In this role, I have had the opportunity to redesign the client intake process and improve communication throughout the organization. I actively participate in our youth activist programs, where I approach activism through an arts lens. I also educate students about their rights to access supportive services within the city. Furthermore, I co-lead the retention committee that supports our front-line workers.I initially joined as the program manager of Employment and subsequently advanced to the position of Associate Director after leading the workforce team to achieve the highest employment numbers in recent years.

My efforts were instrumental in tripling client enrollment during my tenure. In this entry-level role, I spearheaded efforts to increase client enrollment, which resulted in a significant threefold increase.
