Technical background and understanding of a wide range of different industries are my specialties. I am a team player, used to communicate with the team in a way to acheive common targets also in hard time. I strongly believe in leading with example. Every time I changed managing position my closest college was promoted. This fact tells a lot about me.Inventor by hearth, I own one design patent and I was in the team who won several innovation Awards in Slovenia. I decided to step into a bigger shoes and I did it. I finally lead a company Domel Electric Motors Suzhou Co., Ltd.For my 50th birthday I had a wish to publish a book of incredible moments that happened to me in the previous 50 years. At the moment it’s still available only in Slovene.Before I come to China I was 30+ years Volunteer Firefighter, 15 years Vice president of Volunteer Firefighters in my hometown and a few years First Responder. At the same time I was also playing in marching band, also 30+ years, in that time I was a President almost 10 years. In that time we established Music School Harmonija, Majorette group. My hobbies are related with music, human responsibility and sport. I can play clarinet, saxophone and mouth organs and just now I am learning trumpet and trombone. In China I found several groups where I have friends. I play football, badminton and golf. I am fully occupied with the company and family. I don’t know what is actually free time because I always finds something to do. From December 2023 I am Business Environment Supervisor in SIP district of Suzhou city in Jiangsu Province in China. I got 2 years mandate. Before I came to China I was 40 times in USA, I had yearly travels to Dubai, Moscow, Kiev and several Balkan countries together with whole Europe.I am convinced that my experience can help any organisation. I saw the rich and poor, I still ware my 33 years old trousers and try to keep my physical condition on high level.
