I manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct large or small scale training programs.Provides assistance in coordinating HR Professionals Pre-Certification ProgramCoordinates clients to deliver the course effectively and in accordance to CIPD, HRCI, SHRM, PMP, Corporate Governance, BPS world wide standards. Supports administrative function of a training program (courses/workshops) which includes preparing end of course report; leaner assessment, attendance record, issuance of certificate and compilation of final result to be submitted to clients. Maintains and update the hard files and electronic files pertaining to courses and clients.Prepares proposal/quotation.Answers and respond to outside communication such as phone calls and emails. This includes on-going communications and project-based; i.e., from training participants and clients.Responsible in coordinating to confirm courses offered (replies to incoming inquiries, provides/discuss content and details of the course)Manage and oversee the delivery of high quality training onsite and offsite. To support all instructors and trainers.Manage the development and quality control of products and programmes, Pre and Post assessments, course outlines, course materials and trainers. Research, develop, write and update training materials and user guides whilst maintaining accuracy and excellent standards.
