My professional experience includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Environmental Engineering. After working as a design engineer for over 6 years, I became a licensed realtor in Colorado in February 2006. I've been investing in real estate as an investor since 1998 and have managed our rental properties myself. My experience in real estate investing enables me to help clients make the best financial investment for their goals whether that is a fix-n-flip or a long-term hold.I enjoy working with first time home buyers as I feel one of the best parts of my job as a realtor is educating people so they feel comfortable as we navigate the home buying process to achieve their goals of homeownership. It is a very rewarding feeling when a client closes on a home and thanks me for helping make their dream come true.Another segment of the real estate market are empty nesters who are now looking to downsize into a smaller home after the kids have left the home. They need guidance in preparing their home for sale that they've lived in for a long time and maybe they haven't kept it updated…I provide an evaluation of their home's condition & updating and let them know where they would be positioned in its current condition and I'll also make suggestions for changes to improve their home and where their home would be positioned after those improvement.
