Browns Botanicals was soon after acquired and rebranded to HempFusion, the first cbd hemp extract brand in America to have national brick and mortar retail chain distribution. Successful to then raise over $100M and became a public company that offered a diverse range of cbd hemp extract products internationally. As a pioneer and leader in the natural products industry I helped contribute to the hemp legislation, education, and research in several states. I have helped publish scientific research papers and book chapters on various plant biology and natural plant product related topics while I was a visiting scientist and lecturer at Rutgers University. Additionally, I am passionate about philanthropy and social justice, and I have supported various causes and organizations, such as DeliverFund, the first and only non-profit private intelligence firm that fights human trafficking by targeting the traffickers, and assisted on the ywca emergency response team for sexual abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
