Responsible for giving assistance to the e-commerce team of web integrator, e-commerce merchants and 3rd party online customer acquisition and retention teams to execute the annual e-commerce strategy. Collaborate and liaise with online merchants, content creation team and offline marketing team, agencies and vendors to ensure brand campaigns, marketing content and campaign elements are fully supported across the various channels. 1. Keeping track of timelines, due dates and campaign launches2. Tracking conversion rates and suggesting/implementing improvements to the websites9. General website auditing, editing and changes10. Analyse online customer shopping behaviour and measure responses to various digital activity, then using these findings to:- optimize and identify on-site behaviour, referral sources, marketing opportunities and trends - experiment with and compare various marketing channels and their effectiveness - use online seasonal trade and traffic history to better determine online marketing activity, stock levels, etc- ensure all channels are working efficiently and to targets- awareness of emerging industry trends and best practices and implementing these advancements and optimizing spend where appropriate.
