Botho works with newcomers, children, adults and people with disabilities, maintaining existing client relationships and generating new ones. As a professional Social Service Worker I have acquired Safe Management Training, Black CAP’s Harm Reduction and Safe TALK Training in suicide alertness skills that have proven to be helpful though out my career. I previously worked for Corbrook where I stated off as a placement student for 8 months and later on hired as an Assistant Program Facilitator for 1 year 6 months.Until recently, I provided individualized support to individuals participating in a Corbrook Service encouraging participation to a group of 20 participants. I Managed behaviors in cooperation with other staff to assist participants to meet their goals and support programs to meet their objectives.Botho is diplomatic by nature as shown by being patient, a good listener and puts herself in the place of others when speaking with them.
